Reminder:
There are 2 more Germany Trip Payments due before school is out for the summer. One is due next week, April 11, and the other is due the week of May 16. After that there is a break in the payment schedule until August. Chaperone & tag-a-long guests can make payments through the AdvantEdge Tours LLC website by following these steps:
1. Log onto www.advantedgetours.com
2. Type in the Username: Littleton HS Europ 2017 and Password: LHS-EUR-2017 (case sensitive) (please note that Europe has an 'e' missing)
3. On the next page you will find the most recent travel itinerary. Scroll down until you see the Pay Online button.
4. It will prompt you to the Payment Form. Please fill out the form using the name of the individual who is traveling (chaperone/tag-a-long name).
5. Type the amount you will pay.
6. It will then prompt you to enter your credit card information.
7. Once you have filled out the payment information, you will receive an email receipt for your payment. At the same time AdvantEdge Tours LLC will receive your payment confirmation.
(Student payments can still be paid through the school online payment system.)

Concert DVD Pre-Orders: Please contact Stacey Shigaya (shigaya@comcast.net) ASAP if you intend to order a DVD of the May 4th Pop's Concert. If we do not receive 40 orders by Thursday, March 31st, the concert will NOT be taped. DVDs are $15 each - email me at shigaya@comcast.net. So far we only have FIVE orders. Please spread the word!!!!

We are taking DVD PRE-ORDERS ONLY of the May 4th Band/Orchestra Pops concert. If we do not meet our minimum number of orders by March 31, the concert will not be recorded and your payment will be returned.

Upcoming Event
This Wednesday, March 16th, there is an Instrumental Concert at 7:00 pm at LHS. It will feature the Band, Orchestra, & Jazz Ensemble as well as several of the percussionists in Small Ensemble Performances. You won't want to miss it!!

Band Update (2/11/2016)
Upcoming Events
-District Jazz Band Showcase at Goddard Middle School - *NEW DATE* Wednesday, February 17th, 5:30-8:30pm. This event is at Goddard Middle School in their Gym. There is food available to purchase for dinner in the Gym and all proceeds go to support the Goddard Instrumental Music program. All of the LPS District Middle School and High Schools Jazz Bands are scheduled to perform. (LHS is the last band on the evening's schedule.)
-"The Producers" Pit Orchestra Rehearsals next week - Tuesday (2/16) 3-6pm, Thursday (2/18) 5-8pm, Friday (2/19) 3-6pm.
-LHS Performing Arts Musical, "The Producers" - Mark your calendars to see the shows Feb 25-27th. Tickets are now on sale at the following link: https://search.seatyourself.biz/webstore/webstore.html?domain=lhsperformingarts&event=
