Reminders for the week of August 18th 2013

Tuesday           Aug. 20^th         6 – 9pm.   Evening  Band Rehearsal at LHS

                                                  7 - 9 pm.   Parent meeting- Music and Arts training. This 

                                                                    training must be completed in order to participate in

                                                                    the Music and Arts  Music/Band Night fundraisers.  

Thursday         Aug. 22^nd                           5pm Call time Performance at LHS PTO 

                                                                    Fundraiser Event at Glenmoor Country Club.

Saturday          Aug. 24^th                         Colorado State Fair Parade in Pueblo. Call time

                                                                  6am estimated return time 8:30pm. If you have not 

                                                                  already signed up to help for this event and  would like

Hello Band Parents:

If your child has a food allergy or special diet (eg, gluten-free, vegetarian, diabetic) and will be eating the food provided by the Band Food Moms for all events, please email Stacey at shigaya@comcast.net with your child’s name and allergy/special diet (even if you were at the Monday Parent Meeting).  PLEASE REPLY ASAP SO THAT WE CAN PLAN FOR FUTURE EVENTS.

If your child will be bringing his/her own meals or prefers to work with the foods provided to all kids, you do not need to response to this request. 

We want to make sure we have safe food options for all band members.
