Help needed getting the uniforms ready for competition! Nikki Sheeran could use some extra hands pinning sashes on all of the marching band uniforms so that our kids look awesome for their first competition. It's not a hard task, but will get done much quicker with additional help. Nikki will be in the uniform room working on this at the following times: Monday (9/12) 8:00am-2:15pm or Tuesday-Thursday (9/13-9/15) between 12:00-2:15pm. Please come and help if you have any portion of these time slots available. Thanks!!

Dinner will be provided for the Marching Band and all volunteers between the two performances at the Friendship Cup Competion on September 17th. Important info this week
Please support the band tonight by dining at Daddy's Burger Bar at the Streets of Southglenn!! Come on by for dinner anytime between 5:00-9:00pm, mention that you are with the band, and Bad Daddy’s will donate a portion of the proceeds to our Lion Pride Marching Band!
The Band Parent Meeting scheduled for Thursday, September 8 has been postponed to next Tuesday, September 13, 7:00-8:00pm. Enjoy the Bronco game tomorrow and please plan on attending the band parent meeting on Tuesday instead!

We are still awaiting confirmation on performance times, but do know that the prelims will be early afternoon and finals will be in the evening. Many volunteers are needed to help at this competition. Please sign up at the following link:

Band Fees of $270 have been added to the LHS student accounts and can now be paid either through the Onlin Payment system or directly to the LHS bookkeeper. (The additional fees for shoes, percussion & color guard will be added soon.)
A Hawaii trip payment is due now and another will be due at the end of September. The student portion of these can be paid as student fees thru the district Online Payment system or directly to the LHS bookkeeper. Payments for any tag-a-longs or chaperones should be paid directly to AdvantEdge Travel & Tours.
LHS Lion Pride Marching Band shirts for parent volunteers can be made at PROformance Apparel (6905 S Broadway Ste 181). Just bring in a black shirt and for a small fee they will add the Lion Pride Marching Band logo.
