Times for CBA Metro Regional Qualifying Event held at Sports Authority Stadium in Parker on Monday are:

 

Load LHS Semi-Truck at 2:00pm

Student call time at LHS is 2:45pm

Band departs LHS at 3:30pm

Band arrives at Sports Authority Stadium at 4:30pm
LHS Regional Performance Time is 7:00pm

There are now sign up spaces for food for this Saturday's band dinner at the Legend Marching Festival. It's a great event that goes into the evening, so we'll make it festive with a BBQ for the kids before their evening performance. This Weeks Events

This week there is an evening rehearsal  on Wednesday  from 6pm to 9pm .
On Saturday  the band will be competing in the Legend Marching Band Competition at Sports Authority Stadium in the Parker area. This is an all-day event with prelims during day and finals in evening.

The schedule for Saturday is:

Noon - Student Call Time at LHS for rehearsal

1:15pm - Parents here to load truck

2:00pm - Buses and truck leave for Sports Authority Stadium in Parker

2:45pm - Arrive at Stadium

3:00pm - Warm-up at Stadium

4:45pm - Performance

6:00pm - Dinner [BBQ in Parking Lot]

7:30pm - Warm-up 

8:45pm - Performance

9:00pm - Load truck

9:45pm - Return to LHS

10:30pm - Unload at LHS
