LHS Marching Band need for CBA Hosting Monday and upcoming Band fundraising information

Message from Don Emmons:

Dear LHS Band Parents,

We are in desperate need of 2 cell phones that can be used as wireless Hotspots for the CBA Regional Event that we are Hosting on Monday night.  The phones will be used at the Stadium and one will be located on a table on the track, the other will be located in the Stadium Press Box area.  Each phone will be need to plugged in throughout the afternoon evening, from 3pm - 9pm.  The amount of data being used by each phone will be the equivalent of sending 20 emails.  

Please let me know if you might be able to help us with this request from the Colorado Bandmasters Association for us to host this event.

 Band Fundraiser this week:

Please come out for our Marching Band restaurant fundraiser this week!

When:  Thursday, October 16^th , 5:00 – 8:00 pm (stop by before the home football game)

Where: Arby’s (across from LHS)

How: Print out the attached flyer, show it on your smartphone, or simply let them know you are with the LHS Marching Band.

Why: Because 15% of purchases made during this time will go to support our Marching Band!

If you haven’t been to an Arby’s recently, they now have a nice variety of tasty sandwiches, salads and shakes.

Also, mark your calendars for our next restaurant fundraiser on Tuesday, October 21^st, 4:00 – 8:00 pm, at Freddy’s near Belleview & Santa Fe!
