It’s almost time for the End of Band Camp Celebration! This annual potluck event will be held on Wednesday August 9th from 4:30-8:30 PM at Belleview Park (5001 South Inca Street, Englewood CO 80110). We will be in the large shelter by the playground. We welcome all band students and their families to come celebrate with us. This is a great chance for both students and parents to get to know each other.

The band will provide both fried and BBQ chicken as well as chips and drinks. Please have food at the park by 5:15. We will start serving at 5:30. Indicate if your dish if is nut free.
Please see below for food assignment according to sections:
Percussion and Alto Sax -- green or fruit salad or cut fruit or veggies (to serve 6-8)
Guard, Trombone, Bass tuba -- side dish (ie. Baked beans, pasta salad, potato salad) (to serve 6-8)
Clarinet, Flute, Trumpet, Melo (horn), Tenor sax, bass clarinet -- dessert (to serve 6-8)
